 The majority of the shots were taken on the Wonderworld tour in Harrisburg, Pa. Manfred Mann's Earth Band opened the show. The outdoor shots were taken in Allentown,Pa. It was quite a diverse show that day. ZZ Top opened, with Earth, Wind & Fire second on the bill and of course "Englands Own Uriah Heep" headlining. That was the first time that I saw Heep perform and what a show it was. Just the guys up there on stage playing their hearts out!!!!!!! No lights or special effects, just some KICK ASS rock & roll. These shots have always been very special to me because I shot all of them from the audience with no special access. I just went were I needed to go to get the shots. Back in the 70's, you could get away with that sort of thing. I doubt if I could get away with that today. The camera I used was my trusty old Nikormat., using a 28MM wide angle, 105MM and a 300MM telephoto lens and High Speed Ektachrome film.
