- The Brazilian Uriah Heep Fan Club announces 2 gatherings for September, in order to commemorate the release of "Wake The Sleeper". The first one will happen on September 13th at the "Sempre Musica" record store & bar in Rio de Janeiro, whilst the second one will be at a venue yet to be announced at the end of the same month, in the city of São Paulo. Each ticket bought (R$ 30) will give right to a special t-shirt, food, and a raffle will be organised as well. More details soon.

- The band "The Lizards", featuring Bobby Rondinelli (ex-Rainbow, Black Sabbath and Blue Öyster Cult) on drums, Randy Pratt (Cactus) on bass, Mike DiMeo (Riot, Masterplan) on vocals/keyboards and Patrick Klein on guitar, is releasing a new CD (and a new live DVD) at the moment.
