- Another piece of trivia: last weekend we mentioned the Swedish band Black Bonzo, clearly influenced by the 70s Heepish sound. Another band, this time the Italian "Wicked Minds", on their new CD, "From The Purple Sky", not only perform a Heep cover ("Gypsy") but also songs presenting reportedly a mix of the "old" Heep style and heavy progressive music. The singer, J.C., has a style that combines David Byron's with Ashley Holt's (of Warhorse/Rick Wakeman fame). Check it out: http://www.wickedminds.net (thanks to Hubert Allusson for the tip).
